Love is on the menu at 3800 Ocean. On February 14, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., savor a three-course prix fixe menu by Executive Chef Jeffrey Armusik. Start your meal with delectable appetizers such as Seared Scallops with Almond-Chive Crust, Wild Forest Mushroom Soup with Maine Lobster, and Roasted Parsnip and Carrot Salad. The main course includes land and sea options such as Chimichurri-Rubbed New York Strip, Seared Halibut with a Pineapple Tequila Beurre Blanc, and Rosemary and Garlic Oil-Marinated Veal Chop. End the meal on a sweet note with flavorful desserts by talented Executive Pastry Chef Kursten Restivo, including Chocolate Chip Cookie Donuts and Strawberry Cream Puffs. Dinner is $135 per person, excluding gratuity.
