Being busy is not an excuse for you to neglect your health. While it might not feel as though it’s that important, surely you know better than that. Your health doesn’t become less important just because you have other things that need doing. Everyone has other things that need doing, but some people are just more dedicated to their health than others.

You need to ensure that you are putting the work in, and crafting a diet that helps you to achieve your goals, whatever they are. Protein, carbs, health fats, all need to be included in a healthy diet, and you have to stop trying to cut things out as it’s unsustainable in the long-term.
