Wake Up with Equinox by TechSpace

During this year’s LA TechWeek, TechSpace joined hands with Equinox to host an unforgettable HIIT workout and networking experience that brought together tech innovators, founders, investors, and creators for an energizing start to the day. The event took place at the Iconic Pink Tennis Court, located right across from the Beverly Hills Hotel, creating the perfect blend of luxury, energy, and connection under the California sunrise.

The morning began with excitement in the air as guests started arriving between 9:30 and 10 a.m. The iconic pink backdrop of the court set a vibrant scene, reflecting the spirit of LA TechWeek—a celebration of collaboration, creativity, and technology. Attendees came ready not just for a workout, but for an opportunity to connect and recharge with like-minded individuals driving the future of innovation.

From 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., the crowd was guided through an invigorating HIIT workout session led by Equinox, one of the world’s most recognized names in fitness and wellness. The session was designed to push limits and elevate energy levels, combining strength, cardio, and endurance training in true Equinox style. Participants followed along enthusiastically, moving to the rhythm of upbeat music while soaking in the warm LA sunshine.

An important detail added to the excitement was the limited number of 51 Equinox-branded mats available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests who didn’t snag one of the branded mats came prepared with their own, demonstrating the community’s enthusiasm and readiness to participate in every aspect of the event.

As the session wrapped up, everyone transitioned smoothly into the cool-down and networking hour, which ran from 11 a.m. to 12 noon. This portion of the event was sponsored by Carla Café, known for its famous Matcha and Cold Brew — a refreshing reward for participants after an intense workout. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee and matcha filled the air, creating the perfect environment for organic networking and casual conversation.
Participants mingled and shared ideas about startups, funding opportunities, and the evolving tech landscape. The networking atmosphere was casual yet impactful, embodying what LA TechWeek is all about — connecting creative minds and industry leaders in inspiring real-world settings.

Ridesharing was encouraged for this event, and while limited free street parking was available, many guests opted to park at The Beverly Hills Hotel and enjoy a short, scenic walk over to the tennis court. The thoughtful coordination ensured a smooth experience for everyone attending.
