Chicken Feet
I am 3rd generation Chinese American and I have never had chicken feet. Since chicken feet were on the menu, I decided I would be a little adventurous. There are 2 types on the menu – grilled (fried) and braised (steamed). Both were delicious; the grilled was very spicy and had a nice texture. Since I’m Chinese, I preferred the braised (steamed) because it was what I was used to (cooked like the traditional steamed fish). Chicken feet are filled with collagen so if you eat them you will stay young forever.
