We feasted on the Rib-eye Steak with peppercorn sauce which was perfectly prepared medium-rare atop a mixture of black and brown rice. 

The Asian Truffle organic black & fried rice was divine and prepared with shitake mushroom, chicken, black sesame oil, kale, ginger sauce, goji berries, bamboo shoots onions & green onions.

The Taiwanese Wonton Noodle Soup is served with shrimp and pork wonton, bokchoy, red cabbage, carmelized shallots, celery and chopped Taiwanese pickles in the broth.
